Quack's is a quite a nice little place. Open and airy, it gives me the feeling of a comfortable home. The
whole place is divided up into three sections; the first contains the counter and a cafeteria like setting with wooden
tables and a counter that contains napkins, spoons, and sugar. The second room is more varied, with couches and
upholstered seats. Near the back is another counter where they sell cigars, and a store that sells comics.
The third room is more of a covered patio with plastic furniture. That is for the smokers. The small house coffee
is $.92, and the large $1.39. Sandwiches will run you about $4.25, but they serve very cheap breakfasts, and soups
which are all very tasty. The only bad thing I have to say about Quack's is that they close too early, that is, 10pm
every night, which means I usually choose not to go there, preferring an atmosphere I can settle down in. For a rainy
afternoon, though, Quack's is a definite must.
